Statesmen of the Week: Sterling Ramsey II and India Foger

Oskaloosa--Football player Sterling Ramsey II (Sr., Broken Arrow, Okla., Business Management) and women's soccer player India Foger (Sr., Las Vegas, Nev., Psychology) have been named the Statesmen of the Week for the week of October 27-November 2.

Ramsey guided the Statesmen offense in a 42-21 victory over Peru State last Saturday.  The senior completed 12 of his 22 passes for 273 yards and three touchdowns.  His longest completion was a 69-yarder as WPU picked up its eighth win of the year.

Foger scored her only two goals of the season last week, highlighted with a score last Saturday as William Penn defeated Grand View 1-0.  The senior also guided the defense to shut out the Vikings, permitting only four shots in the victory.  Four days earlier, Foger tallied a goal against Park as well.
