Toilet Paper Game Tradition

The tradition of the Annual Toilet Paper game began during the 1981-1982 season against then-conference rival Central College. The Statesmen left the Iowa Conference in 2001 and joined the Midwest Classic Conference where they became rivals with Grand View and the TP tradition continued against the Vikings.

What is the tradition? The tradition renews every year when rival Grand View comes to Oskaloosa for men's basketball. After the first William Penn points are scored, all fans young and old, launch rolls of toilet paper onto the court and sometimes into the rafters!
