In addition to their team performance, the Statesmen earned individual honors. All-Conference selections were based on tryout submissions prior to the Heart Championships.
Lynsey Payne of Baker and Tanisha Phelps of Mount Mercy were named the 2025 Heart Co-Coaches of the Year, and Alexis Van Utrecht of Grand View was recognized as the 2025 Heart Dancer of the Year.
"Wow, our dance team legit left it all on the floor this weekend. This past week we did a lot of cleaning, breaking down the finer details, and really implementing them into our routine. These girls worked so hard and I am so beyond proud," said Head Coach Abby Reynolds. "We have definitely had some injuries that have affected our season, but we fought through that adversity together and came out even stronger. I am so thankful for these girls and this team is something special. They are building our legacy and at the end of it all, I am such a proud coach!"
