Bio

Grant Garth is in his fourth year as an Assistant Football Coach, serving as Offensive Coordinator and Recruiting Coordinator.

Garth came to WPU following three seasons at Avila University where he served as linebackers coach and director of football operations.  While at AU, he helped the Eagles win a pair of Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference titles.  He helped lead the defense to its best season in program history in 2022, ranking in the top five nationally in total yards allowed per game, rushing yards allowed per game, and points allowed per game.

He also spent one year as the defensive line coach at Bethany College (Kan.).

Prior to WPU, he coached seven all-conference players and one All-American.

Grant graduated from Kansas Wesleyan University in 2019 with a degree in Marketing.  He played four years on the gridiron at KWU on the gridiron.

A native of Dallas, Texas, he is a graduate of Garland High School.

Garth has two sons, Julian and Ezra.
