A more youthful William Penn men's bowling team will enter the 2024-2025 campaign seeking to vie for league supremacy.

Fourth-year Head Coach Cameron Foster is back at the helm after the Statesmen finished second in the Heart of America Athletic Conference a season ago.

All three all-Heart performers from 2023-2024 are back on the lanes to guide a squad that features just three seniors.  The navy and gold will look to several newcomers to bolster the roster.

Bryce Keykal (Sr., Princeton, Minn., Applied Mathematics) lead the trio of all-conference stars after averaging 196.2 pins per game in 2023-2024.  He had three top-25 efforts as a junior.

Aidan Piet (So., Meridian, Idaho, Business Management), who was also a first-team pick, averaged 194.6 pins, while Conor Fetherston (Jr., Dublin, Ireland, Software Engineering) was a second teamer with a 192.5 average from last season.

Noah Kidwell (So., Bettendorf, Iowa, Secondary Education) is expected to also put up big numbers after averaging 193.3 pins per game as a freshman.  The trio of Carter Boley (Jr., Grimes, Iowa, Exercise Science) (188.4 average), Ethan Zieglowsky (Jr., Washington, Iowa, Biology) (185.0), and Connor Rissi (Sr., Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Psychology) (176.9) figure to be in the mix as well in 2024-2025.

WPU is also high on its freshman class, which is headlined by Brock Alderson (Fr., Sigourney, Iowa, Biology), Ethan Licht (Fr., Victor, Iowa, Sports Management), Landon Piet (Fr., Meridian, Idaho, Biology), Leddie Romero (Fr., Rio Grande, P.R., Physical Education), and Joseph Woods-Weisman (Fr., Minneapolis, Minn., New Media).

Schedule: William Penn opens its season Saturday and Sunday at the Midwest Collegiate Championship in Wauwatosa, Wis.

The lengthy regular season will conclude on February 15-16 at the Hoosier Classic, while the postseason starts the following weekend at the Heart Championship.
