Pedretti, Rodriguez Honored as NAIA Scholar-Athletes
Oskaloosa--Two William Penn men's golfers were honored for their excellence in the classroom as they were named 2025-2026 Daktronics NAIA Scholar-Athletes.
Tyler Pedretti (So., Upland, Calif., Business Management) headlines the navy and gold with a 3.67 Grade Point Average, while Alvaro Rodriguez (So., Gijon, Spain, Business Management) also meets the criteria with a 3.65 GPA.
The award is the first for both individuals.
To be eligible for the award, athletes must maintain a cumulative grade point average of 3.5 or above on a 4.0 scale, have attended the nominating institution for one full year prior to nomination, and must appear on the sport's eligibility paperwork.
