William Penn Defeats Graceland in a Dual with Zero Competitions

Oskaloosa-- The No. 3 ranked William Penn women's wrestling team defeated Graceland 40-5 in a Heart of America Athletic Conference dual Tuesday. 

With no competition because of open weights in every division, William Penn picked up the win by default.

Olivia Atkins (Jr., St. Peters, Mo., Nursing), Teya Garner (Jr., San Antonio, Texas, Exercise Science), Bronwyn Brenneman (Sr., Parnell, Iowa, Biology), Ana Vilar (Fr., Palm Coast, Fla., Secondary Education), Isabelle Hawley (Sr., Winchester, Calif., Sociology), Joey Ives (Fr., Bellevue, Wash., Undecided), Ava Mirth (Fr., Florissant, Mo., Exercise Science), and Daisy Cabriales (Sr., Richland Hills, Texas, Business Management) all won by forfeit as the Statesmen took the 40-5 victory.
